For me, I have always connected to nature, and the creative world of modern and contemporary art, in all its various realms, time periods, and media.

Curiosity, observation, and living a life driven more by experience than the pursuit of material gain, have been integral to my life and being.

Art is a way that I can process my thoughts, feelings, and visions, and transcend the day to day, moving to a more universal source of thought and energy, while also healing myself.

I am moved to express and share with you my artwork, over the years of traveling the world, meeting the people in it, examining my own self, -nature and life in its purest form.

I aspire to bring these worlds together in a visual and tactile way, as connected to the universe we share together, in color, form, and composition.

But what drove Evan and what is this Studio about?

After leaving art school in my early 20’s, and having no idea what i was going to do with my life, I met artist Jimmy Harmon and architect Jordan Mozer on the Udo’s Bistro Chicago jobsite, and got the opportunity to begin my path in creating my studio. I’ve never looked back…too much. Thanks to everyone from clients to assistants through the years.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN EMIGRATION CANYON OF"JUNIPER RIDGE"

A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 5 HOMES TO BE BUILT

By practicing creative visualization, and persisting through many obstacles to the development, the vision of the original owner of all the approx 10 acres of land, Richard Clark will become realized. I discovered this in an early easement map drawn by Clark, that we dug up in the process. Clark started developing the area in the 1980's,and sold most everything off, where

What started as basically a dream to possibly build a small home and art studio on an incredibly challenging and steep lot that was probably unbuildable due to Salt Lake County Codes and Ordinances, has evolved into a residential development that will feature 5 modern homes, all harnessing passive solar, and with beautiful views of Mount Aire/ the Wasatch Mountains in the canyon just East of Salt Lake City, where the original Mormon pioneers trekked through to discover "their place" - Salt Lake City.
